Returns, Reprints & Refunds Policy
We want you to love what you receive. Because many of our products are made to order, returns for change of mind are not always possible — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will always treat you fairly under UK consumer law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the item has been made specifically for you.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items Printed by Our Fulfilment Partner
(Apparel, Accessories & Some Homeware)
Some items are produced by our trusted print fulfilment partner and made specifically to order.
If your item arrives:
✔ Damaged
✔ Misprinted
✔ Faulty
✔ Not as described
We will arrange a free replacement.
If a replacement cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund.
Please Note
• Items cannot be returned due to incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a reprint may require an additional charge
• Direct-to-garment prints may vary slightly in placement (up to approximately 0.5")
• Minor variations in colour, placement, or finish are normal in made-to-order printing
These do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
Items Printed Directly by Us
(e.g., mugs)
If your item arrives damaged or defective within 14 days of delivery:
✔ We will offer a replacement or refund
✔ Photo evidence may be required
We stand behind everything we produce.
Colour & Print Variation Notice
Every screen displays colours differently. Printed products may vary slightly from on-screen images.
Normal variations may include:
• Small differences in colour tone
• Minor placement differences
• Slight texture or finish variation
These are not considered defects unless the item is clearly misprinted, damaged, or incorrect.
Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
✔ As described
✔ Of satisfactory quality
✔ Fit for purpose
If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Made-to-order or personalised items are exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights once production begins.
